Yalla Bikes: Terms & Conditions + Cancelation Policy Summary

1. Booking & Payments

• All rentals and tours DEPOSIT must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your slot.

• A valid ID (Passport or Teudat Zehut) and a credit card for a security deposit are required for all rentals.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know plans change, but we appreciate the heads-up!

• Bike Tours: Fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Bike Rentals: Fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before the pickup time.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours are non-refundable.

3. Rider Responsibility & Safety

• Safety Gear: Helmets are provided and strongly recommended (and legally required for certain ages/e-bikes in Israel).

• Traffic Laws: Riders must obey all local Tel Aviv traffic laws and use designated bike lanes where available.

• Condition: You are responsible for returning the bike in the same condition it was received.

4. Damage, Theft, or Loss

• The rider is financially responsible for any damage to the bike beyond normal wear and tear.

• In the event of theft or total loss, the rider will be charged the full replacement value of the bicycle.

• Locks: Always use the provided lock when leaving the bike unattended.

5. Liability Waiver

• Cycling involves inherent risks. By renting or touring with Yalla Bikes, you agree that you are physically fit to ride and assume all risks of personal injury or property damage. Yalla Bikes is not liable for accidents occurring during the rental or tour period.
